Today's post is dedicated to RAIN. We have had several days of heavy downpours and mud puddles galore. My mood is getting a little damp so I decided to try and focus all these gray, cloudy days into something creative. I've had this photo pinned onto my
shutterbug board for a long time. I just love this shot and look to it for inspiration today to find joy in splashing through puddles.
My daughter spotted this poem and I did a little tweaking in PicMonkey to make it pretty. I feel like the rain has 'flowed into my brain' today. Maybe "singin' in the rain" will help.
The perfect movie for a rainy afternoon. Nothing better than watching Gene Kelly dance around a rain soaked street.
Well, what do you know. I see a little sun breaking through the clouds. I better get out and enjoy it while it lasts. Maybe I'll go jump in a puddle and do a little singing. Hope you are making your own sunshine wherever you are today.
